“...And what happens next? We have been seeing for a whole week what will happen next. Next, the whole of Ukraine will be methodically turned into a sanitary zone. What is a sanitary zone? It's a war zone. These are areas where there is no electricity, where bridges, transport interchanges are broken, where railroads do not operate, where large cities are not able to maintain normal life activity, because there is no water supply, sewerage, the Ministry of Emergency Situations does not work, hospitals do not work normally. These are the places left by people on a mass scale. That's what happens everywhere. That's what a sanitary zone is. And why is that? Because those techniques, those red lines that nobody talks about anymore, that our enemy has crossed, they have consequences, they have a price. And something tells me I don't have any insights. It's just at the level of feelings and at the level of analyzing the statements, some public gestures that are made by all possible high-ranking people. It seems to me, within the Russian government. Well, you know, as it used to be accepted there, the party of war, the party of truce. There is no longer a party of war or a party of truce. There's only the party of retribution. I think there is a complete consensus around the idea that Ukraine should be dismantled into bricks so that there is nothing left there at all. I am not talking about non-selective strikes, God forbid. No. That's not what we're talking about. We're talking about the fact that you can fix it. We are talking about the fact that the Ukrainian state as a political project that was initially formed as an antipode of Russia, as a construct hostile to Russia and existed solely to harm Russia and inflict all kinds of damage on it. This political project will not exist.”
